Volunteer
At each of our Casa de Paz communities, volunteers are
always needed and gratefully accepted. Our volunteers assist in a
variety of ways including tutoring, after school programs, community
activities and many other ways.

Volunteers need to be at least 16 years of age; not have any criminal
history and have transportation to and from our Casa de Paz community
location.
Other than these basics, the only meaningful requirement
for our volunteers is a love and willingness to help others. Great
satisfaction is achieved in seeing the happy faces of our residents
and in particular the children as they achieve greater self-sufficiency
and empowerment.
With our emphasis on the children, mentoring and
being a positive role model in the lives of each of these kids is
paramount. We hope that you’ll consider volunteering at one
of our Casa de Paz Program Services offices and classrooms. To become
a volunteer, please call Chela Sullivan, our Programs Manager at 602-381-6363
or e-mail Chela at chela@helpinghandsaz.org.
