Schedule a Casa de Paz Tour
We would love to give you a tour of our
Casa de Paz communities. We’ll explain the variety of needs
and issues that face our residents, introduce you to the kids and
families, and demonstrate our program services. You might just make

Sponsor A Family
We are looking for special sponsors to
adopt our families for a year. We need your help!
At Helping Hands, we provide housing
and supportive programs for 206 individuals and families. We keep
our expenses as low as possible, but it costs us $2,400 per year
to support each family.
For the low cost of $2,400 a year, we
provide our families with:
- Clean, safe, permanent affordable housing
- Furniture and food, as needed
- Free program service for the whole family, including
after-school programs, job development, financial management classes,
support groups, field trips, life skills classes, gang and violence
prevention, monthly community development activities, and much
more
- Referral services and one-on-one support with
residents, as needed
We hope you will consider sponsoring
a family. To put it in perspective, this costs you:
- $6.57 a day ~ the cost of a venti latte at Starbucks
- $46.15 a week ~ the cost of dinner for two at
restaurant
- $200 a month ~ the cost of your car insurance
bill
- $2,400 a year ~ the cost of a vacation
- Priceless ~ saving a family from homelessness
